My Samsung SGH-U700 shows full service bars but I have a great deal of trouble trying to make or receive calls and text messages. It will only work every now and then. Most of the time it just says "emergency calls only".
Any thoughts?Is it possible to get the Samsung SGH-U700 to properly function in the United States?I don't know this phone but I found the following...http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Samsung-鈥?/a> which indicates it should be able to roam in the US. But of course that is assuming you are using a GSM network (for instance, T-Mobile) versus CDMA.
