How can I fix the picture on my Samsung plasma tv?

I have a Samsung plasma tv that was stored in my porch. It never got wet but got cold sometimes. The picture is no good. It makes faces look blotchy and the colors are off. I tried replacing the board and it worked great for a month. Is there something else I could do?
