I have a Samsung C3090 phone and I sometimes use the video recorder to take films. I save them to the micro SD inside the phone and then use a card reader to transfer the files onto my Windows 7 computer. Although I can see the video, the sound never seems to play. I've tried different card readers and I used my friend's Samsung phone to record videos but I got the same problem. Where does the audio file disappear to?|||Sounds like your phone uses an audio codec that is not installed on your computer. There are two solutions:
1) Download and install VLC Player. It has many different codecs built-in and thus can play just about any file from anywhere. This is also the easier option.

I have a SAMSUNG Omnia with the latest official update (I think it is anyway...ACHJ2?) Anyways, I have loads of music on iTunes and I do have an iPod Touch, but I need all the music to work on my phone, is there anyway like of doing this? I know hackers have the answer for everything ! I have just bought a Samsung P2 and have copied a few MP4 video files from Limewire but I can't get it to find the actual songs I have in ITunes. It finds the Artist and Album but it says "No items match your search" when I click on the album.
When I first opened the Samsung Media Studio it automatically found about 50 songs of the thousands I have on iTunes, there doesn't seem to be a pattern.

What is the difference between Samsung LE32R73BD and LE32R74BD 32" LCD TVs?
I have seen both with only a 拢20 difference between them and the specs appear identical in every way on the Samsung website.

How do I resize my Samsung TV Screen without a remote?
I cannot resize my samsung tv because my mom is stupid and most likely threw out the remote and replaced it with a terrible one. Now I cant read words on the side of the screen or top because of her stupidity. How do I resize the tv now? How much to repair my samsung tocco screen?
About a week ago, i accidentally dropped my samsung F480 phone on the floor and cracked the inside of the screen and it's gradually getting worse. I don't have insurance and warranty from the Carphone Warehouse wont cover it, does anyone know how much it would cost to get fixed?

How can I set my Samsung A737 to auto delete text messages?
I have AT%26amp;T and on my old motorola fun I can have it automatically clear out old text messages. On my new samsung I keep filling up the text message space on my phone and having to manually go to the delete all option. Its very annoying because the phone will fill up and then you can't receive new texts until you clear out the old ones.|||Try going to your text message section. Look for settings. Then in there look for auto erase.

I recently switched to a samsung plasma tv and lost a lot of my old channels. How do I get them back?

What is better, the Samsung Tocco Lite or the Samsung Genio Qwerty?
I am looking to buy a new phone, and have looked through many different ones. My final two are the Samsung Tocco Lite and the Samsung Genio Qwerty. I really like the Genio Qwerty because of its Qwerty keypad but am worried that the screen isn't very bright. I like the Tocco Lite because of its bright screen but am worried that its touchscreen is a little restricitve. I think both handset are good.|||I've gone from a QWERTY keyboarded phone to the Tocco Lite and as good a phone as it is, the lack of buttons is already annoying me; I cannot touch-text on a touch screen, so I have to pay full attention whilst I'm texting which can lead to tasks taking longer when textign at the same time - plus if your hands are wet, sticky or numb with cold it is a nightmare to type with !!
However, the phone is brilliant in every other aspect I'd just foreworn that the novelty of touch-screen wears off (although so does that anger I have just expressed ... just basically be patient)

I have a Samsung ES63 and when I try and turn it on the green light comes on for a second, the camera makes a strange noise and then it goes off. I can only describe the noise as being a modern version of Mario collecting coins.

On my new samsung I keep filling up the text message space on my phone and having to manually go to the delete all option. What is the best phone out of the KS360 and the Samsung Tocco Lite?
Im thinking of getting a new phone for christmas and im either gonna get the LG KS360 or the Tocco lite! I like the KS360 because its popular and i love the qwerty keyboard and i also love the samsung because i love the touch screen and my mate ha it and says its great! Also if you have any other suggestions a on a phone please dont hesitate and all comments will be deeply considered! I just bought a samsung sgh-e250 but i can't but songs on the memory card when i connect my phone to the computer. I can only put them directly on to the phone, but the phone doesn't have as much space as the memory card.

How can I make it so I can copy the music and listen to it?|||ok first of all, it doesnt copy to the sim card. only contacts are copied there. what works for me is that i connect my phone to the computer, and open up the removable disk folder (thats everything on my phone). then i open up the folder that contains all my music and just drag it into the phone folder. if there is a folder within your phone folder that is called music, then drag the music there. if not you should just make one and it should work.

My wife was given a Spring Samsung Instinct on the Oprah show yesterday. Our service provider is AT%26amp;T. I need to get the subsidy unlocking code to be able to change providers.|||Unfortunatley you won't be able to do that - the instinct is a CDMA phone (it does not use simcards) and can't be unlocked AND AT%26amp;T is a GSM carrier (it uses simcards)...Since both of them use different technology so there is NO way you can use the instinct with Sprint. You can only get GSM phones such as those from T-Mobile and get them unlocked to make 'em work with AT%26amp;T. Hope this helps.|||Might be better off selling the phone to make a lot of money.No chance of being able to unlock it.

We both have had a go on each others and both agreed the samsung was the better phone, the internet is alot faster and the touch screen is a waste of time on the lg. Lg is cheaper but the samsung is worth the money by far.

I have had my contract with T-mobile for 6 months and i was wondering how much the samsung behold would be?|||Go to tmobile.com and sign in. Then go to upgrade phone. Then click on the behold and it will tell you how much the phone will be with a 2 year extension. Plus, the t-mobile where I live has a flex pay for phones. Basically, they divide the cost of the phone into 4 payments. The day you go to the store and pick up the phone you pay a quarter of the price plus the taxes. Then they take what is left and add it to your next 3 months bill. They skip the first month. Meaning if you bought it in July you wouldn't have your first payment till September. Does this phone even let you recieve songs via bluetooth?|||The Samsung a870 does come with Bluetooth, so you should be able to transfer songs from any other Bluetooth-enabled device (like another phone or your computer).

How to put Samsung Vibrant into Android System Recovery Mode?
I am trying to root my Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S phone but can not for the life of me get this thing into
Android System Recovery Mode. I've tried every combination of buttons, what do i do?|||If you have trouble getting into recovery mode, chances are you are not holding down the power button log enough, or you are letting go of something too quick. By following this tips / tricks, you should have no problems to enter recovery mode:
1) START with your phone off
2) Press volume down AND volume up at same time, keep them pressed in the entire time, do NOT let go. I prefer to hold my phone in landscape, this gives me better control with my fingers.
3) WHILE holding down volume up and volume down, press and hold power button, DO NOT LET GO OF ANYTHING. You should be holding down volume up, volume down, and power, DON’T LET GO! HOLD ON… and proceed to next steps, don't let go!
4) PHONE will start, you will see the white Vibrant logo. STILL DON’T LET GO, volume down, volume up, and power all pressed.
5) White Vibrant logo disappears, still don't let go!
6) White Vibrant logo re-appears again for the second time. When the white vibrant logo appears the second time, let go of the power button, but keep holding down volume down and volume up.
7) Phone begins to enter recovery mode, you can let go finally.
8) To exit, select “reboot system now” and use your power button to select, you will exit recovery mode.

Usually if you get your handset directly from your network, it'll come with the correct settings pre-installed - if you've bought an unbranded or "vanilla" device, it won't have any settings as Samsung wouldn't have know who would be using it.
Sometimes, the handset will have a range of profiles in the settings menu - if the handset is second hand it could be that the previous owner was on Pay as You Go whilst you're on a pay monthly contract, or the other way round - if that was the case then you need to check wither you have the Prepay settings or post pay, depending on which service you currently have.
If there are no settings in the device, you can get the correct settings sent to your handset from the samsung website:

Choose your network provider and they'll send you the correct settings out by text message - save these and you'll be able to retrieve your pictures (the quickest way to test it is to send yourself a picture by MMS ;-) )

I am trying to root my Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S phone but can not for the life of me get this thing into

I am thinking about buying the Samsung Glyde and from my research, downloading the BI29 software improves the touchscreen by a lot. They even updated the model that had a different touchscreen altogether and it was still mostly mediocre. As someone who used a Glyde for over a year, I strongly encourage you to research a different phone.

Can the Samsung galaxy tab be "reformatted" to its factory setting?
I'm planning to buy a second hand samsung galaxy tab but I want to know if it could be reformatted to its original factory setting without the previous owners files. I have a Samsung Rant and I really like it, but when I take pictures, it doesn't save them in the order I took them on the "in phone" part. It gets really annoying because it takes forever to find the picture I'm looking for. Is there a setting or something I have to change? How can I fix this problem?|||My Rant is the same way. How do i connect my Macbook Pro to my 50in Samsung Plasma?
I have a 50in Samsung Plasma (PN50A650T1FXZA). I just got a new MacBook Pro and I wanted to connect it to my tv. I tried to use Dvi to VGA adaptor, but my tv still wont recognize it. Does my tv not support Mac? I know all my cable are good, because I can connect to other displays. Any suggestions?|||Sounds to me like you are trying to daisychain a DVI-to-VGA adapter onto a Macbook Pro miniDisplayPort-to-DVI adapter.
That will NEVER work. You can't daisychain those adapters, because the miniDisplayPort-to-DVI adapter does NOT pass through an analog VGA signal.
You should use a DVI-to-HDMI cable to connect that adapter to your HDTV's HDMI port. That will work, because DVI and HDMI both use the same digital TMDS video signal.
That will NEVER work. You can't daisychain those adapters, because the miniDisplayPort-to-DVI adapter does NOT pass through an analog VGA signal.

I have a samsung blackjack. i just bought a 1 gb san disk micro for the phone. when i put it in the phone it does not register and it just says no storage card found. I am absolutly sure that i have the card push in all the way. the card also doesn't register with microsoft activesync or windows media player when ever i connect the phone to the computer via the usb cable. How can i get the tape to eject from a Samsung SCD107?
My video camera started acting up recently. I have a Samsung SCD107. I cannot get the light to turn off on the front of the camera and the tape sounds like it is rewinding or fast forwarding, plus I cannot eject the tape. Anyone else heard of this? The only way to get it to stop is to take off the battery.|||Well, first manualy open up the Mini DV slot. Then make sure the power is off and try. If that dosnt work, try taking the battery out and put it back in. You can call samsung for help!
