I have a samsung memoir how do i get scratches off the phone screen?

I have a samsung memoir and i got a few scratches on the screen is there any way to get them off ? any home remedies ? anything i can buy? please help|||sand paper. just go from high grit (low number) to low grit (high number). also if you want it super shiny, wet sand it.
