How can I get my Samsung Camera working?

I have a Samsung ES63 and when I try and turn it on the green light comes on for a second, the camera makes a strange noise and then it goes off. I can only describe the noise as being a modern version of Mario collecting coins.

Sorry, I know that's not very accurate at all.
