How do you sync media onto Samsung Fascinate?

I am trying to sync media onto my Samsung Fascinate and it won't give me the option to mount in the notifications bar. It just says: Media sync: Connecting, then it says I can select to cancel. My computer recognizes my USB cable, so what's the problem? Is it just preparing to sync?How do you sync media onto Samsung Fascinate?It is a setting on the phone. IMPLAUS1BLE - i selected media player under USB settings, then unplugged the cable, then clicked mass storage, plugged in the cable again, and it offered the mount option in the notifications bar. hope it works for you!
