Is it possible to unlock a Lg Rumor or Samsung Rant to work on the Verizon network?

Hey all, i was wondering if i could unlock a Lg Rumor or Samsung Rant onto my current Verizon network. Honestly I'm not really impressed with any Verizon phones right now because i want a slide out keyboard, and everyone has told me the Glyde is a waste of money. Any answers will be appreciated. Thanks.|||All phones can be unlocked. You can use any phone that is compatible with the provider. I believe Verizon used CDMA technology so any CDMA unlocked phone will work. Good telephone stores unlock phones for $15-20 and only takes 5 minutes.|||Call and ask Verizon they will be able to tell you.
