Broke my LCD screen on samsung SHG-U600 (no idea how), just bought a replacement on ebay, was wondering if anyone knew how to go about replacing it?

I did same on my samsung and found instructions but it was stripping the whole phone to bits and finally after about 3 hours of stripping it completely - you can access and change the screen.
