Where do I send a defective Samsung BluRay player for warranty repair?

I get no answers from Samsung USA on how to get the unit repaired.
Please, any help would be appreciated.
The player is a bd-p1500, and freezes when loading a disk, or reports no disk loaded.
Thanks!Where do I send a defective Samsung BluRay player for warranty repair?Checking for you at the Samsung website, it indicates that you either need to complete the online form to request warranty service or call them at their toll-free number and request service. In either case, you will need to send the unit back to them for analysis and repair. (What manfacturers tend to do in this situation, so as to speed up the turnaround time experienced by the customer, is send back a different unit to replace the one that was sent in. The balance of the warranty covers this replacement unit, so there is no loss due to this.)

The link to the warranty information is as follows:

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/repair鈥?/a>

This gives the phone number as well as the link for the online service request form. It also spells out the warranty policy, which should have been included in the unit that you purchased.

I noticed that one person left a comment saying to try to take it back to the store from which you bought it. You could try that and see if they will exchange it for you. If it's been 30 days or less, they should do that (as most states have a requirement for retailers to do that, calling it a "lemon law") but if it's been longer, the manufacturer will be your only recourse.

I hope all this information helps. If you have any questions, let me know.Where do I send a defective Samsung BluRay player for warranty repair?I recently bought a Samsumg item and the User Manual says to call their Customer Care # 1-800-SAMSUNG for warranty locations.
