Is samsung apps going to be available in America?

I downloaded samsung kies for my samsung captivate.And i clicked the samsung apps button thing and it says that it is not available in your country( USA) will it be available in america?|||Unfortunately it doesn't appear so, similar to the Media Hub application. And if you are using AT%26amp;T as your service provider, they lock you into only using applications that they see fit, hence the filtered Android Market and no sideloading. Currently, the only phone that has direct access to it is the Wave (S8500).
