How to delete pre-installed apps the off Samsung Fascinate?

I just got a Samsung Fascinate and I love it, but it has a lot of apps that the phone comes with when you buy it. From what I have tried you can only delete apps that you installed, not pre-installed apps. Is there any way to delete these apps without damaging my phone or using hacking or dangerous software?|||Sorry, you cannot remove preinstalled system apps without rooting your phone.



Although, it's not really THAT dangerous, you know =)|||i will buy it from you for 150 to 200 and fix it
