Is the htc desire hd the same quality as the samsung HMX H200 easy 10 points?

Honestly I've seen YouTube videos of both of these cameras where they have tested the htc desire hd and samsung HMX H200 (not in the same video), and it's kinda pathetic to say that they look the same to me even though the samsung HMX H200 is a professional camcorder, is it true? Are they the same.Is the htc desire hd the same quality as the samsung HMX H200 easy 10 points?Hmx would be slightly better but if you just want a hd camera then basically the same
