Can you make a video call on skype with samsung fascinate?

I just bought a samsung fascinate from Verizon the other day and it has skype mobile. Can i make video calls with it?|||No, becuase disappointingly, it doesn't have a front camera... If you really want video calling for it, get the app called Tango... i have it and its better than nothing. (I have the fascinate too)
